SHIPPING/RETURNS  & WARRANTY

SHIPPING

The shipping cost can be calculated by adding the products you want to your cart and then click on “Proceed To Checkout”.  When you enter your address the shipping cost will be calculated for you before you make your purchase.  We can ship virtually anywhere in the world.   All shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer, and are not refundable.

We will only ship to an address that is on file with the credit card.  It can be either the billing address or a secondary/alternate address.  Orders that are paid via PayPal can only be shipped to the confirmed/verified PayPal address.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Any multi part order will be shipped together when all parts are in stock.  Shipments can be separated by request with the additional shipping charges paid by the customer.  If a product is not in stock at the time the order is placed, the customer will be notified by email or phone with an estimated ship date.

All PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses must select USPS as a shipping method as FedEx does not deliver to PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses.  All shipments that are refused or undeliverable are subjected to additional shipping costs and a restocking fee of 20%.  A signature may be required for some packages.

Expedited Shipping:
Normal shipping time for products in stock is 0-3 business days from the time the order is placed.  We are open Monday through Friday and closed on weekends.  We are not responsible for expedited shipping if a specific shipping deadline is necessary.  Please contact us ahead of time to check inventory and confirm specific shipping times before placing an online order with expedited shipping selected so we can ensure timely delivery of your parts.

Damaged Shipments:
Please inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the shipping carrier.  All damage claims must be initiated by the customer with the respective carrier and we will ship replacement item(s) after the claim has been processed AND reimbursed.  Please keep all shipping boxes and packing material for carrier inspection.  If you have questions, please contact us.

RETURNS

Note: If you need to return an item, please email us at supportme@N2itive.me before shipping any part of your order back.

For returns please place the items back in their original box and pack them in a shipping box in a way to assure the items don’t get damaged or dinged.  The surface finish on N2itive parts can be marred and/or scuffed during shipping, which will be considered damage.  Any thread damage to an N2itive part is considered damaged because it renders the part useless, and will not be accepted as a return.  Any damages that occur to N2itive items by the customer or during the return shipment due to neglect of packaging items appropriately will be the responsibility of the customer, and will be deemed unacceptable for a refund upon receipt.  Any N2itive parts that are used and/or damaged due to user error or attempted installation are NOT returnable nor refundable.  What is considered damage is at the full discretion of N2itive, LLC.  All returns are inspected for damages upon arrival.  Returned items that are deemed as damaged for any reason can be shipped back to the customer, at the customer’s request and expense.  A 15% reboxing fee will be deducted for any item not returned in its original packaging.  Please include a copy of the receipt or invoice with the items that you are returning.  All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refundable.  If an item was purchased under free shipping, a refund minus the actual shipping cost of the original order will be honored to the customer.  Please see below for information on returning new, unused, and undamaged N2itive items within 30 days of purchase.

If you made your original purchase using PayPal, please note PayPal no longer refunds the original PayPal fee which is 3.49% domestic or 5% international of the total purchase price, plus $0.50 .  This fee will be deducted from the amount of your returned payment. If you made your original purchase using Amazon Pay then this is not an issue since Amazon Pay will refund the their fees to the buyer.  We recommend using Amazon Pay for this reason.

-Within 30 days of purchase:
You may return most new, unopened N2itive branded items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs and PayPal or credit card/bank fees (if any), as long as there are no damages to the products.  Any damages found on any N2itive parts will result in a void of the full refund.  Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from time of purchase.  No exceptions.

If you received an incorrect or defective item due to an error of N2itive, LLC, please contact us immediately.  We will pay the return shipping costs. We will send the correct replacement part upon receiving the incorrect or defective part.

You should expect to receive your refund immediately after the return is received, inspected, and accepted.  All returns have situational differences, so the return process time will vary.  When the return is accepted and completed by our team, your bank or PayPal might take a couple of business days to reflect the refund back into your bank or PayPal account.  We will notify you via email of your refund once the return is processed.

SIX-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

N2itive, LLC products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for six (6) years from the date of purchase to the original retail purchaser.  Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

If a product fails to meet specifications, N2itive, LLC, will, at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustments to the parts, if N2itive, LLC determines to its satisfaction that the product is defective in material or workmanship, i.e. contains a defect arising out of the manufacture of the product and not a defect caused by other circumstances, including, but not limited to accident, misuse, abuse, unforeseeable use, acts of god, neglect, alteration, improper installation, improper adjustment, improper repair, or failure caused by other equipment or interaction with other equipment such as improper fitment in the vehicle.  N2itive, LLC is not responsible for labor charges, removal charges, installation, or other mechanical, incidental or consequential costs.  In no event shall the liability of N2itive, LLC exceed the purchase price of the product.  Customers are responsible for shipping costs of warranty replaced parts. All parts for warranty claims must be returned to N2itive, LLC for inspection and for the claims to be processed.

N2itive, LLC makes no other warranties, either expressed or implied, including limitation warranties as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  N2itive, LLC shall not be liable for, and buyer assumes all risk of, any advice or failure to provide advice by N2itive, LLC to buyer regarding the product or use and installation of product.   N2itive, LLC shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages.

If the purchaser of the product shall fail to pay when due any portion of the purchase price, or fail to meet any terms required under contract agreed on at time of purchase, all warranties and remedies granted may be terminated.

Using any N2itive, arm as a tie/strap down point for a dyno session or transport will void the warranty.
